How we do it

We use the Theory of Constraints manufacturing improvement methodology to reduce lead times by a minimum of 50% - and sometimes a lot more. We combine this with the best of Lean, Statistical Process Control and Toyota Production System tools and techniques to create an ongoing process of improvement that enables our clients to achieve amazing results.
